MODNO LLC (“MODNO”, “we”, “us”) builds custom cabinetry and millwork in South Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, our client portal and our text message program, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- When you contact us. Your name, phone number, email address and whatever you tell us about your project through the forms on this website (quote request, estimate request, designer and builder enquiries, job applications).
- When you fill in a project brief. Your answers about the space, style and budget, along with any photos, plans or documents you upload.
- When you use your client portal. Your account contact details, the orders and documents that belong to you, your messages to our team, decisions you record such as approving a quote or signing a contract, and basic usage information (pages opened, time spent, device type) that helps us keep the portal working.
- When you opt in to text messages. Your phone number, the date, the exact consent text you were shown and its version, and any later withdrawal.
How we use information
We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, design, manufacture and install your project, keep you informed about its progress, provide support, maintain records required for our work and contracts, and improve our service. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not run advertising networks on this site.
Text messages
MODNO texts only existing customers who explicitly opted in: invitations to the client portal and notifications about their own project, such as a new document, a message from their project manager, or a change in status or schedule. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase — the portal can always be used with email sign-in instead. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are not shared with lead generators.
Who else processes your information
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery (Hostinger), text messaging (Twilio), and, where a project requires it, contractors working on your order. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Project records, contracts and payment records are kept for as long as needed for the work, our warranty and applicable legal and tax requirements. Consent and opt-out records are kept so that we can honor your choices and show when they were made.
Your choices
- Stop text messages any time: reply STOP, or use the SMS preferences page in your portal.
- Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@modno.org. Some records must be retained where the law requires it.
- Your browser can block cookies and site storage; the client portal uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember small preferences, so blocking it will sign you out.
Children
Our services are for businesses and homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to the text message program are also reflected in the consent text shown before you opt in.
