- Condo buildings typically ask for a Certificate of Insurance, scheduled elevator or loading-dock time and set working hours. We provide the COI on request and plan delivery around the building’s rules.

- Walls, ceilings and plumbing are measured on site before shop drawings are finalized — especially important in older buildings and renovations.

- Everything is manufactured in our North Miami Beach shop, so site visits, deliveries and installation are coordinated by the same team.
