Information on the Site

The Site describes our services for general information. It is not an offer or a quote. Scope, pricing, schedule, warranty and other project terms are set only in a written proposal and contract signed by you and MODNO.

Design concepts

Interior images on the Site are illustrative design concepts (renderings) created to show design direction, materials and detailing. They are not photographs of completed client projects, and finished work may differ.

Project requests

When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you may share it. Submitting a request does not create a contract. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Text, images, graphics, logos and design on the Site belong to MODNO or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false or automated requests, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MODNO is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any rights under a signed project contract.
